Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.

The honorable my teacher.
Dear all my beloved friends in this class.

First of all, let us praise and gratitude prayed to Allah's presence, because of the grace and guidance we are given his health to come together on this day.
Secondly, may place and salutation always be given to our prophet Muhammad S.A.W. the last messenger of God who has guided us from the darkness to the brightness from the stupidity to the cleverness, namely Islamic religion.
Thirdly, I don't forget to say thank very much to my teacher, who has given me time so I can stand up here in front all of you to deliver my speech.

Teacher and friends,
I wanna ask you. Do you know, what's the greenhouse effect?. Greenhouse effect is the enchancement of Earth's natural greenhouse effect by the addition of greenhouse gases from the burning of fossil fuels.
In order to understand how the greenhouse effect operates, we need to first understand "infrared radiation". Greenhouse gases trap some of the infrared radiation that escapes from the Earth, making the Earth warmer that it would otherwise be. You can think of greenhouse gases as sort a "blanket" for infrared radiation. It keeps the lower layers of the atmosphere warmer, and the upper layers colder, than if the greenhouse gases were not there.
About 80 - 90 % oh the Earth's natural greenhouse effect is due to water vapor, a strong greenhouse gas. The reminder is due to carbondioxide, methane, and a few other minor gas.

Dear audience,
Actually, the greenhouse effect is the cause of global warming. And we know, that's the biggest threat of our Earth. Many disasters can be happen like in present time. The climate change inflicted a loss upon the farmers. Sudden storm, and the other disaster that can be happen.
Of course, we don't want all of them will be happen in our Earth. So, to be wise human, will better if we begin to save our environment to prevent the greenhouse effect.
We can start from save our energy, electric or water. Beside it, we can reduce to use fossil fuels. Reduse to use plastic and other matter that difficult to be decomposed.

I think that's all my speech about greenhouse effect. If you found some mistakes I apologize to you. And may this speech be usefull in our life and we will be better human in our future. Thanks for your attention.

Diet Yuk !

Punya masalah berat badan ya? sedikit gemuk? agak gemuk? atau terlalu gemuk? pengen diet kan? pake obat? atau cara alami? pengen tau cara alami?
Nggak gemuk? pengen sehat terus? cantik juga?
Eh...mungkin gemuk ataupun nggak kita emang harus utama in cara hidup sehat ya. Trus gimana sih cara hidup sehat itu?
Ada banyak cara buat ngebiasain hidup sehat. Misalnya ngebiasain banyak-banyak minum air. Trus hubungannya bagi yang gemuk, minum air putih atau mineral secara teratur juga bisa digunakan buat diet loh... Caranya ngatur pola makan kamu dulu;

1. Di pagi hari pasti kamu sarapan kan, nah gunain waktu itu dengan baik buat sarapan. Sarapan itu baik banget buat tubuh. Biar nggak waktu di sekolah atau kerja. Kalo kamu dietnya dengan menghindar dari sarapan, ubah kebiasaan kamu itu. Konon, sarapan bisa melangsingkan badan bukan malah membuat badan semakin gemuk.

2. Kalo pas waktu liburan atau pas waktu istirahat di sekolah pasti banyak banget godaan-godaan makanan-makanan yang berwarna-warni dan beraroma "mak nyusss", baru deh hindari makanan-makanan yang itu. Mendingan buat ganjal perut makan aja buah-buahan atau sayur. Perut bisa tetep terganjal tapi dengan buah-buah yang kaya serat. Bagus kan? =D

3. Di waktu makan siang. Oke deh makan siang. Tapi porsi secukupnya dan yang penting harus diingat harus "4 SEHAT" masih ingat kan 4 sehat itu apa? Abis selese makan jangan lupa minum air putih ya.

4. Sebenernya di waktu petang buat yang gemuk dan sedang diet jangan makan dulu deh. Tahan dulu. Tapi nggak tega juga, kayaknya ngenes banget ya. Oke, makan aja buah, atau kalo emang nggak bisa nahan godaan makan malammu, makan aja dengan porsi secukupnya.

5. Waktunya go to bed. Nah sebelum pergi ke pulau kapuk. Minum air putih yang banyak ya. Sekuat kamu. Segelas? Se ember? Se galon? -_-

6. Waktu kamu bangun di pagi hari. Kamu pasti akan pergi ke kamar mandi buat buang air. Nah air yang semalam kamu minum dibuang di pagi hari dengan berbagai racun yang ada di dalam tubuh. Sehat kan?

7. Oh ya. Kalo udah beneran bangun, minum lagi air putih yang banyak. Kalo dingin, airnya bisa hangat jadi nggak kaget.

8. Kembali lagi. Kalo udah pagi inget sarapan ya. :)

Sebenernya simple ya. Tapi emang susah ngebiasainnya. Makanya perjuangkan.
Itu sebagian tips loh. Kalo nggak cocok kamu bisa cari cara diet yang sesuai sama kamu. :]
